• Check-In and Check-Out

The TripForth check-in center operates 24 hours, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before the stay. Exact check-in and checkout times should be confirmed in the final reservation because they can vary by rental agreement. Only registered guests should follow the access instructions provided for the booked unit.

• Minimum Age and Identification

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Reservations and check-ins cannot be made by or for anyone below that age, and only a person listed on the reservation may check in. Valid government-issued identification and the payment card used for booking may be required.

• Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit or a damage-protection insurance plan is required. The exact amount and payment method depend on the reservation terms shown during booking.

• Payment Policy

Payment requirements vary according to the TripForth booking rate. Guests should review the total rental cost, taxes, resort charges, security deposit, and any activity fees before confirming the reservation.

• Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Regal Vistas properties managed by TripForth. Trained service animals are handled according to applicable accessibility rules, but emotional-support animals do not automatically qualify as service animals.

• Smoking Policy

All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only in approved areas, with doors closed to prevent smoke from entering the unit. Violations may result in cleaning charges, fines, or eviction. Massanutten Resort lists a USD 250 smoking violation fee for its rental accommodations.

• Quiet Hours

Quiet hours at TripForth-managed Regal Vistas properties run from 9:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Noise that disturbs neighboring homes or guests is prohibited during this period.

• Events and Parties

Events and parties are not allowed at the property. Occupancy must remain within the limit assigned to the booked two- or four-bedroom accommodation.

• Open-Fire Policy

Open fires are not permitted. Guests should use only approved fireplaces, grills, or designated cooking equipment provided with the accommodation.

• Cancellation Policy

TripForth’s listed flexible policy provides a full refund when cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made seven to 13 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, while cancellations six days or fewer before arrival are nonrefundable. The exact conditions shown on the booked rate take priority.

• Resort Activity Policy

Complimentary recreation passes cover selected recreation centers, but the WaterPark, golf courses, ski area, spa, and other ticketed attractions require separate payment. Operating hours and seasonal availability can change.
